Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery to our customers. Therefore, we encourage you to review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Chickeve. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note the following conditions:
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
